The scope names the platforms, the version, and what this release leaves out. We do not add a second platform quietly. If a later change is required, it is written down before it is built.
Engineering ends at the build we agreed to make. A store still makes its own decision. We do not promise that a review will pass, and we do not rent, farm, or inflate accounts.
